Dear Mr. Costa.
As I mentioned in the above reply, I goofed up and did not read the manual well. After plugging in all the cables it started to work well. My problem also was that I had two monitors of higher resolution and they needed to be turned down. Next I need to turn one extra monitor off when running the tablet. So running a slightly reduced resolution on my monitors and turning one off while I work with the tablet just about got everything running. I found both of these on the internet and they helped.
I did use some of your advice and it really helped. I need to re- try your advice again, I got most of the software to work and the pen now seems to work. Just needs to be calibrated and have the sensitivity set. This is my new problem.
Another place on the internet says that the windows version 1709 causes some of the needed UGEE setup software not to work correctly. This update may be effecting the calibration and sensitivity to now not be able to use the UGEE software to correctly set. So as a result, the author of that post recommended contacting UGEE, and that is what I did. I am waiting on their response. It was also recommended as one resort that I could roll back the version 1709. But I think I will wait to see what UGEE says. But as a fine expert you may have a better plan and I sure appreciate you help. Any suggestions?
If I find any solution I will post it as soon as I can.
Thanks a million for your help.. Have a wonderful day.

Other Thoughts: 'Absolutely fantastic price for a monitor comparable to 2 and 3 thousand dollar models.'
I bought it because I use the Surface Pro 4 to take notes in class (I'm a student) and do all my classwork. However, that can become annoying at home where I have limited time to clear my desk and try to manage space to do homework. So, I put this monitor on my desk and hooked up an old laptop that barely turned on.
The monitor has completely revolutionized my daily life. I can come home from school and immediately begin working on my homework on a monitor that has comparable quality to the Surface Pro 4 with a larger screen. Seeing how this is a useful comparison, I will extrapolate it here. Skip to the bottom for shorter bullets:
Pens 8 out of 10: Anyone who has tried using the Surface Pro's pens will recognize the feel of these. They are a little bit thicker, which can be useful at certain angles, and they have a rubber exterior far superior to the Surface Pro's pens. The pens charge for a couple hours within about a minute, so I'm not actually sure how long the charge lasts or what a full charge takes; however, I am sure that if you fully charge both pens overnight they will last for several weeks. That is a little moot though, because there are two pens that you can switch off of and the monitor must be used by an outlet, so you should be able to keep them charged indefinitely. As for the two buttons, they can be slightly annoying. It is very easy to click them accidentally while writing, which is a bit of a problem considering that clicking the button turns on eraser mode, which erases everything you use the pen on! Thankfully undo buttons are commonplace in drawing programs. The other button acts as a right click. Of course, the 2 settings are default and can be changed via the program this monitor comes with.
Writing 9 out of 10: This is where this monitor shines. I love so many things about writing and drawing on it. For starters, the large screen and great screen resolution make it far easier to do long assignments without zoning in on a small area like I have to do on the Surface. It is fantastic to have so much operable screen-space. Drawing and writing is effortless. There is actually a circuit board behind the screen which detects the pen about a centimeter above the screen, so you can move the cursor and hover over things without touching it, just like on the Surface. Drawing on the screen is extremely smooth and comfortable, but I would like to have seen different hardness nibs. This is not such a big deal though, because the standard pen nib works great. The screen does get oily if you use your palm, but the included protection glove is not only comfortable: it is also good for protecting the screen from fingerprints and actually cleaning the screen as you write. My handwriting is just as accurate and neat as it is when using the Surface.
Screen 10 out of 10: Amazing adjustable 1080p screen. The screen adjusts from slightly past 90 degrees to practically flat, and has a viewing angle even greater than that. It looks incredible sharp and is actually an improvement on my laptop's screen. The colors are vibrant and the details are great. It has a rather large bezel, but that is fine for a desktop monitor. It's supported by a metal adjustable stand that can be seen in the photos below. It is impressively sturdy at every angle which is perfect for careful writing and drawing.
Setup and Software 8 out of 10: I don't have any specific complaints about the setup process. The instructions were easy to follow and, by following them, I was completely set up within 10 minutes. It would have gone even faster if I didn't have to struggle with my older laptop. The software provides tools to set pressure sensitivity and configure monitors and allows for calibration, a useful tool that is particularly helpful if you tend to use the monitor in a general position often. Unfortunately the monitor requires both an HDMI port and a USB port to function properly, likely because the pen data cannot be sent over HDMI.

Affordable meets Professional10/18/2016 1:08:46 AM
Pros: Let me first start off by saying I have been doing digital art for more than half of my life now and have used just about every Wacom tablet to have ever come out. With that in mind, the take away of this review is I'm done over-paying for Wacom, this drawing monitor is excellent. So here's the deal, for the last few months I've been loaned a Wacom 13HD which is smaller and more than double the price of this tablet. The only function existing on the Wacom that this monitor doesn't have is the programmable hot-keys, and I personally never use them any ways.
My list of pros:
-Obviously the price, it simply cannot be beat.
-The stand on the back! I got so annoyed with the cheap design of Wacom's folding stand on the 13HD, it felt so flimsy and awkward to use. With the 1560, adjustments can be done very quickly, there is a very solid grip on the stand, and I can even remove it and VESA mount it to an arm.
-2 rechargeable pens included with 10 nibs in the pen stand, 2 USB charging cables for the pens, an HDMI cable, a USB for the tablet itself, and a glove for using the tablet to prevent friction. That is an awesome amount of accessories! I didn't have to buy any extra cables or accessories to make my life easier, it was all just included in the price.
-The screen is vibrant and bright, the color spectrum is phenomenal, and does not take scratches at all.
-As far as use goes, I cannot tell the difference between the Wacom 13HD and the Ugee HK1560, they both respond the exact same which leads me further to believe this whole time I've been paying more than double for the small name on the front of the tablet.
-The tablet arrived safe and sound in soft cell foam. I appreciate when a company takes the time to package up everything in such a way that there is no possibility of damage in transit.

Cons: My cons:
-I wish there was 2 USB ports on the tablet itself to charge the pens right off of it, but this is such a small gripe I can't in all honesty remove a star for that.
-I would have liked to see a travel case for the pens when I take this baby out and about. Also a minor gripe. I'm getting a 15.6' laptop sleeve with a pocket to take this all with me. A case would have been nice but also a minor gripe. I'm sure it wont be an issue for most as I'm sure the majority of people will be using this at their desk.

Other Thoughts: All in all, this tablet has been a fantastic tool to work with and I'm really happy with the quality of it. I cannot recommend it enough to a graphic artist in need of an update, and I'll definitely never be buying another overpriced drawing monitor again.
